1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

2. What Qwezmo is

Qwezmo is a live multiplayer party quiz. One device hosts a room, others join with a six-digit PIN (or an invite link that pre-fills the PIN), and everyone plays the same multiple-choice trivia quiz in real time on their own phone or laptop browser. No account is required and there is no app to install.

Unlike traditional trivia platforms, Qwezmo does not draw questions from a fixed question bank. Each room's quiz is generated on demand from the topic, vibe, difficulty, language, and timing you pick, so the content is fresh per room. Qwezmo is provided free of charge for typical party play, funded by advertising and affiliate links described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Site. Certain quiz settings (including the Adult (18+) vibe and similar mature tone options) are intended only for adults and may produce strong profanity, sexual themes, or other material that is not appropriate for minors.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, before you select those settings or host or join a room that uses them. If you cannot truthfully confirm your age, do not use those features. See also Privacy Policy - Children and age-restricted content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, or target any person or group;
• submit quiz topics, nicknames, or other inputs that are unlawful, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that infringe a third party's rights;
• scrape, spider, or otherwise automate access beyond normal browser use;
• probe, attack, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or access controls, or interfere with other players' sessions;
• resell, rebrand, or commercially redistribute the Site or AI-generated output as your own product;
• use the Site for any activity that violates applicable law where you or your players are located.

We may suspend or block access, end live rooms, or refuse service at our discretion if we believe these Terms are being violated.

5. AI-generated content

Quiz questions and related copy are produced by third-party AI models. Today we use Google Gemini as the primary generator and OpenAI as an automatic fallback when Gemini is unavailable; both are accessed through their official APIs. We may change or add providers over time, and we may update prompts, validators, or model versions without notice as part of normal product tuning.

AI output may be inaccurate, dated, offensive, or simply wrong. Language models can confidently hallucinate facts, miss nuance, mistranslate, or echo stale information from their training data. Quiz content is provided for entertainment only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Hosts are encouraged to sanity-check disputed answers before settling any high-stakes argument on the strength of an AI answer key.

Selecting an edgy or adult tone may cause the AI to generate trash talk, roasts, coarse humor, or mature themes. That output is AI fiction aimed at the room, not a statement of fact about any real person or group. You are responsible for whether a chosen tone is appropriate for your guests. 6. Content you submit

You remain responsible for the topics, nicknames, and other inputs you submit. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Site and the live game session (for example, sending the topic to an AI provider, showing the room title to players, or storing session state). You confirm you have the rights needed to submit that content.

7. Third-party services, ads, and affiliate links

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including AI providers, analytics, advertising networks (such as Google AdSense), and affiliate programs. We are not responsible for prices, availability, shipping, or returns on third-party marketplaces reached through affiliate links.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be correct or suitable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Site in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, which for most users is zero, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will, where practical, be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of your place of residence to the extent that law requires, and otherwise by generally applicable principles of contract law. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Before filing any formal dispute, please contact us via the Telegram link in Section 12 so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the jurisdiction that applies under the preceding paragraph.

13. Feedback and bug reports

We welcome feedback, topic suggestions, and bug reports. If you found an AI-generated question that was factually wrong, offensive beyond the room's chosen vibe, or otherwise looked broken, please let us know via the Telegram link in Section 12 and, where possible, include the approximate date, the topic you played, and a description of the issue. Screenshots are welcome but never required.

By sending feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Site without any obligation to compensate you. We do not treat the content of your feedback as confidential unless you explicitly mark it so and we agree in writing.
